"Though I didn't know it at the time, these horrible, anxious feelings were going to be my constant companions, with only the briefest of respites, for many years to come." At the age of 21, I began my life-altering and personal journey with anxiety and agoraphobia. Many of us thought we were the only ones, going crazy or about to die. It took many years of treatment, but after my recovery and personal healing, I decided to dedicate my life's work to helping others heal.
